Ideally 4 to 12 people. At this size, dialogue is particularly intensive and productive. For larger teams or entire workforces, we find suitable formats where we bring everyone together and then channel the concrete work into smaller groups.
No, quite the opposite. The workshop is designed to meet everyone where they are - from complete beginners to AI enthusiasts. That's precisely one of the core goals: bringing everyone to a common level of understanding.
Three options: At our place in our business center, where we have several well-equipped meeting rooms of various sizes with all the necessary equipment. At your location in your company, right in your team's familiar work environment. Or at a special venue of your choice - in hotels, educational institutions, museums, or other inspiring locations. Any travel costs are discussed transparently in advance.
Typically 2-4 weeks. This gives the team time to let the impulses from the first morning sink in and make their own initial observations.
That's exactly our standard. In the preparation meeting, we clarify your industry, current challenges, and goals. The workshop is then customized with industry-specific examples, use cases, and relevant tools. At KIKOM, we work with over 12 industries - from tourism to real estate to manufacturing.
Yes. The two-morning package has proven to be the ideal starting point, but other formats are of course possible. For a pure initial inspiration, a single keynote talk is also suitable. For more comprehensive transformation projects, there is the option of ongoing support as an AI coach.
